Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gamefarm Labs — our website (gamefarmlabs.com) and our iOS and Android apps (the “Service”), operated by Gamefarm Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service, and you must use it in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. For security, we support a single active session per platform.
3. The Service
Gamefarm Labs is a platform for recording, tracing, and transacting around gamefowl: digital bird records and pedigrees, QR wingband identity, life timelines, a marketplace, ownership transfers, AI-assisted health screening, and messaging. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (records, photos, videos, listings, and messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process your content as needed to operate and provide the Service — for example, showing your listing in the marketplace or your shared bird profile via a link. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to it.
5. Marketplace and Ownership Transfers
The Service lets users list birds, communicate, agree on sales, and transfer recorded ownership. Gamefarm Labs provides the platform and the records; it is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions between users. We do not verify, guarantee, or insure any bird, listing, price, lineage claim, or the conduct of any user. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their dealings, payments, and compliance with applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; post false, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content; misrepresent a bird’s lineage, records, or ownership; harass or harm other users; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it in violation of applicable laws and regulations, including those governing gamefowl and animal welfare in your jurisdiction.
7. AI Health Screening
AI health results are generated automatically and provided for general guidance only. They are not a veterinary diagnosis or advice. Always consult a qualified professional for the health of your animals.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by that store under its terms; please manage or cancel subscriptions there.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service — including the software, design, brand, and the “Gamefarm Labs” name and logo — is owned by Gamefarm Labs and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any records, listings, or AI results are accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamefarm Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or birds, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gamefarm Labs harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the Philippines.
